After receiving clarification, I can confirm that stamp duty only applies to new vehicles or new horse floats used within our centres. Existing vehicles or floats are exempt.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>To maintain compliance, our directors update the relevant forms every three years. This includes contact details, office information, phone numbers and names. If your centre needs to register their floats, please proceed with the registration process.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>For registration, use customer number <span style='background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow'>2168 2660</span> under the name "Riding for the Disabled Association, New South Wales".
