They have not been given the approval to form this group nor use the letter head and logo for there group.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Box Hill was asked to forward their minutes several weeks ago to where the whole committee agreed to what we are all experiencing. These minutes were never forth coming.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>We have appointed a director to assist with the constitution and the solicitor so that we can all have input into the constitution revamp. This director is James Van-Lane of the Wollondilly centre.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>James has asked for Bruce to cease and desist and to wait until November when James returns from his granddaughters wedding in Canada.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>We have had the regional reps personally call most of the centres to see if they are going ok with all of this ,most of them have had enough and are indeed very distressed by what this minority group are doing.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Emails of distress from several centres have also been received and these centres have decided that they will not be sharing the information any more with their volunteers as it is causing distress and mental anguish.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>What I can also let you know is that 2 of the centres who have self-appointed individuals in the self-appointed working party have emailed the Board and said they are not part of it. Those centres are Wagga and Raymond Terrace .
