[Centres] Word versions of Director Nomination Form and Candidate Information page

Centre Secretaries.

 

Documentation for nominations to the position of Director of RDA (NSW) for
the period commencing at the end of the 2020 AGM until the end of the 2022
AGM was sent yesterday.  That documentation was in pdf format.

 

For those who may prefer to complete the documentation via a word processor,
attached are Word versions of both the Director Nomination Form and the
Candidate Information page.  The fillable areas of these forms have been
converted to tables.  

 

Note that the table in the Candidate Information page will expand as may be
needed.

 

It may be useful to ensure that the paragraph marker (¶) is turned on so
that those completing the form(s) can readily see where to put to the cursor
when completing a particular field.
