[Centres] 2020 Centre Support Self-Assessment Declaration

Hi all, 

 

Please find below the link to the 2020 Centre Support Self-Assessment
declaration.

This process was introduced a few years ago to assist in monitoring safety
and compliance. Last year CASP reviewed the process and resolved to change
the timeline for completion from the end of the year to the start of the
year going forward. 

 

Action required: Please review the CEN-09B to check the requirements are in
place and have the President or Secretary complete the online survey link
within 6 weeks of startup. Once completed it must also be minuted in the
Centre Minutes. 

 

Later this year a Centre Support Visit will be conducted to complete the
process for both Administration and Program requirements.
