[Centres] Completing pdf documents without printing them out

Centre Secretaries,

 

There are many who are aware of the process for filling out and signing pdf
forms without having to print them out.  However, if any of you or others at
your Centre are not aware of the process, the procedure as shown in the
attached document could be useful.  All that is needed is Acrobat Reader,
which is the program that is normally used to read pdf documents.

 

It is a limited program, because it does not allow for the amendment of the
document, but it is still a very handy and easy process.
