[Centres] RDA(NSW) AGM UPDATE

Hello Everyone,

Due to Covid-19 the Board are presently trying to ascertain when we can hold the 2020 AGM.

The Chairperson has requested that I send a regular update on this issue.  As you are aware last week a survey was sent to all Centres regarding your opinion on how you wish the AGM to be conducted. To date only 9 Centres have responded and in order to comply with the constitution we need to have a quorum before we can decide on how the AGM will proceed.

I urge all Centres, who have not already done so, to please complete the survey as soon as possible. Any questions regarding this matter should be directed to Joe Orland as company secretary.
