[Centres] RDA(NSW) COVIDSafe and Ready Plan

Hi all, 

Over the last few weeks CASP in consultation with the RDA(NSW) Board have
been developing a COVIDSafe plan. 

As part of the rollout plan we will be conducting Zoom information sessions
to provide Centres with a detailed explanation of requirements and
expectations. It is expected that at least one member of each Centre attend
one of the sessions. Numbers will be limited in each session and rationed to
enable all Centres the opportunity to have representatives included.

With continued easing of restrictions Centre operations can now extend
beyond the previously stated essential horse welfare and safety maintenance
activities as long as there is a maximum of 10 people at the Centre at any
one time. For example this will enable Centres to hold meetings onsite to
start preparing for Recovery Level 1 Step 1 to be implemented as long as
there is a maximum of 10 people onsite and adherence to the appropriate
social distancing requirements is maintained. 

Centres that utilise government owned properties such as showgrounds will
need to check with the owner regarding access to the site.
