[Centres] Coaching Registration for 2021

Hi all, 

We understand that it has been a challenging year for all Centres however we
are still required to maintain accurate Coaching personnel records and
determine an appropriate level of qualification maintenance activities. 

To assist CASP this year we require each Centre to submit a list of Coaching
Personnel to remain registered in 2021. We do not require individual
responses from Coaching Personnel just a joint list from the Centre. 

Please complete the attached form and return it to training at rdansw.org.au
