[Centres] Change to the Members' Area of our Website

Hi all

 

Our Members' Area of the Website has had a major upgrade - We now use
NextCloud. The old system no longer had update support.

 

For all  members of RDA (NSW) to use NextCloud :

*	Log on the Members' Area as on previous system 
*	Click on Members - we have a new username and password  these are
case sensitive:

Username: members

Password: Vo1unteer2021 

*	Click on the Members Folder  In the folder you will find the RAM
Documents , the RDA (NSW) Directory, insurance information and other  files
and folders of interest

 

If you have any problems please contact State Office preferably by email

If State Office is not available you may use the following "RDANSW Helpdesk"

 

The support ticket link is https://support.digitalguru.com.au

 

Click "Open a New Ticket"

Add your details

Select topic "RDANSW Helpdesk"

 

Your ticket will be tracked and responded to.  You can check on the status
of your ticket using the "Check Ticket Status" button with the ticket number
issued to you when you lodged your help request above.
