[Centres] Grants guide

Hi Everyone,

I have attached a guide to assist with grant applications.
It may or may not be of assistance but it does have some great ideas.
The grants are and no doubt will continue to be a struggle as Covid has really put 
many organisations and businesses in a tough spot and lots of submissions going in.
Do not give up though as we need to keep trying and know that The Board is happy
to assist and also offer a letter of support.
