How to merge duplicate grants in your dashboard
You can now merge grants from the Funding Centre database with grants you have added to your dashboard manually. The advantage of this is less duplication in your grants list, leaving you more time to track the most relevant grants. Here's how it works:
* You will receive an email notification that a grant you have manually added to your dashboard matches a pre-existing grant in the Funding Centre database
* Select the "Click here to review" link in the email. The link will take you to the "manage grant" page on your dashboard
* From here, you can choose to link the duplicate grant, or ignore it and keep the manually added record instead.
<https://www.fundingcentre.com.au/dashboard?nav=dash>
Subscribers will receive an email notifying them about duplicate grants.
<https://www.fundingcentre.com.au/dashboard?nav=dash>
Select "Approve" or "Cancel" to merge the duplicate grants or keep them separate.
Search for grants and start adding grants to your personalised dashboard here <https://www.fundingcentre.com.au/grant/search?nav=sch> .
To learn how to use the dashboard, check out our Frequently Asked Questions <https://explore.fundingcentre.com.au/faq> , or this webinar recording <https://explore.fundingcentre.com.au/articles/funding-centre-dashboard-101-instructional-webinar> .

Federal figures reveal how grants funding flows

Grants expenses by sector
For the first time, grantseekers can go to one place to track how billions of dollars' worth of Commonwealth grants are spent each year rather than having to trawl through a mountain of separate reports.
In October the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) published its first analysis of more than 100,000 separate grants worth $60.2 billion over three and a half years.

It's not too late for a Christmas campaign
Despite all the warnings about postal delays and supply issues across Australia, many organisations are running behind with their end-of-year fundraising plans. GiveNow executive director Cathy Truong says it isn’t too late to create a money-spinner, especially if your group is only small.
