Hope those in the areas that have had the rain and hail are safe and have not received any damage to their homes/properties or centres.
I am just sending this out to see if anyone is interested in applying and attending the conference if successful in the scholarship .
No harm in trying  as  fundraising is something we all need to help our centres, good luck.

FIA Conference National Scholarship for 2022

FIA is happy to announce that we are now taking applications for the FIA Conference National Scholarship for 2022. We'd like to thank the team at NGO Recruitment for their support in offering this scholarship!

The National Scholarship provides an opportunity for FIA members to attend the conference when they would otherwise not be able to due to financial means. The National Scholarship was introduced in 2016 to help support and improve fundraising skills in small charities and not-for-profits within Australia.

There is one scholarship available to an FIA member in each state or territory (8 in total) to attend the 2022 FIA Conference in Sydney.

Want to be a Myth Smasher?

Building on the session’s success and popularity over the last five Conferences FIA is looking for the next ‘Myth Smashers!’ ready to take to the stage at the 2022 conference.

We’re on the hunt for a diverse group of fundraisers who have never spoken to a great big audience before, wanting to share their fundraising know-how and experiences.

In this fast paced, dynamic session, up-and-coming stars present for six minutes only on the biggest myth they heard when they started in fundraising. 

Interested? 
Submit your idea in writing (no more than 100 words) to the 2022 Conference Program Committee via training at fia.org.au by 19 November 2021.

Don’t forget to register your interest in attending the 2022 FIA Conference by 31 October to save an additional $100 on your super early bird registration.
