Narrow search results by primary category and $ amount
<https://www.fundingcentre.com.au/grant/search?nav=sch>
The latest improvements allow Funding Centre subscribers to narrow their search results more than ever before.
Funding Centre subscribers can make their search results more specific than ever before with the latest improvement to the grant search tool.
To use the new feature, flick the "Search by primary category only" toggle to the right on the search page.
The toggle will narrow your search results by excluding grants that have been assigned the category you are filtering by as a secondary category.
Sort by $ amount
Another handy new addition to the Funding Centre website enables subscribers to set minimum and maximum funding parameters when searching for grants online.

Fundraising trends you've got to know about to survive the pandemic
<https://explore.fundingcentre.com.au/help-sheets/fundraising-trends-youve-got-to-know-about-to-survive-the-pandemic>
While Victoria and New South Wales are joining the rest of the country and opening back up after lockdowns, the hard times aren't over for many not-for-profits. In a tough fundraising environment, we asked the experts what not-for-profit and community leaders can do to keep funds flowing during the pandemic.
They suggested:
* Know your ground – keep up with the latest studies
* Cultivate your greatest supporters, because giving is down overall
* Borrow the best ideas you see in the sector and get creative with campaigns and collaboration
* Embrace digital fundraising tools (more than you do already)
* Brush up on your grantseeking and other fund-finding skills
* Support campaigns to slash fundraising red tape
* Arm yourself with the best free and affordable resources available.

Regulator releases report on federal grants
<https://www.anao.gov.au/work/information/australian-government-grants-reporting>
The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) this week released its analysis of the Federal Government's self-reporting on grants. The analysis drew primarily on data published on GrantConnect, the Federal Government's online grants platform, between December 2017 and June 2021. More than 108,000 grants worth more than $60 billion were included in the analysis.
The report found that the highest-funded categories were Ageing; Health, Wellbeing and Medical Research; and Indigenous. It also found that 27 per cent of regional development grants were delivered to recipients in major cities.
