Dear members,
Riding for the Disabled Association NSW (RDA NSW) has partnered with Interrelate to provide you with resources to support your mental health, wellbeing, and resilience.  
The last few years have been challenging - floods, droughts, bushfires, COVID-19, plus your own personal circumstances to manage may have left you feeling exhausted. These types of stresses can affect your wellbeing and your relationships with others.
RDA NSW has arranged for you to receive access to Interrelate’s 'Is it time to pull up your socks?' program and their suite of online relationship education programs for free.

What does this mean? 
Is it time to pull up your socks? - the program
'Is it time to pull up your socks?' is an online program that will provide you with the tools to recognise the early signs of stress and how to adopt strategies that will help you to manage it safely and respectfully.   
This program will help you: 
• understand the importance of self-care 
• identify your stress triggers 
• manage difficult emotions  
• learn the benefits of mindfulness and practical exercises for using it   
• check in with others and have difficult conversations respectfully. 
This program will be delivered online by one of Interrelate’s trained facilitators.



The adult session (18 years and above) is delivered across
2 x 60 minute sessions.

Session 1: Thursday, 17 November 2022 | 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Session 2: Thursday, 24 November 2022 | 7:30pm - 8:30pm




The adolescent session (13-17 years) is delivered across
2 x 60 minute sessions.

Session 1: Monday, 21 November 2022 | 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Session 2: Monday, 28 November 2022 | 5:00pm - 6:00pm




The junior session (8-12 years) runs for 60 minutes in a
single session.

Session 1: Wednesday, 30 November 2022 | 4:30pm - 5:30pm



When you register for your sessions, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to join the presentation on your chosen day.

Please note, if you are unable to attend the appropriate session live on the day, you can still benefit from the program with access to a recorded session of the presentation to be made available to RDA NSW.  




FREE 90-day access to further relationship support programs
All participants will also gain free access to Interrelate’s self-paced resources that you can do in your own time to help you build skills for resilience and to support your relationship with yourself, and others. View the list of programs below and click the enrol button to get started. These programs will be available to you for free until February 28th, 2023.

(usually $25 – FREE for RDA NSW participants) 


Building Connections
Supporting separated parents build healthy connections with their kids. 
(usually $25 - FREE for RDA NSW participants) 




Today's Grandparents 
Helping grandparents with the important role they play in their grandchild's lives.
