[Centres] FW: Reminder Min-Strategic Review Letter and Questionaire

Here I am again!

Hope I don't sound like a broken record!

 

I'm sending a further reminder to complete the Min-Strategic review
questionnaire attached from Ed Binney

 

Thank you again to those Centres that have responded , we received a few
more after the reminder, sent below on 26 September

We now have 20 responses. 

 

To the Centres that have not had a chance to complete the questionnaire,
please do so as we need a reasonable spread of responses from the Centres as
trends might be different for different regions.

If you have not already completed this questionnaire please do so and send

It is vital that we have as many responses as possible for this Review to be
