Thank you for starting your submission for the 2022-23 Local Sport Grant Program (LSGP), we have added an upload additional documents section to the Value for Money section.

We apologise for the change to the form and the inconvenience that this may cause you. You are now able to upload documents that supports your submission in this section.

Please note that your application and these documents will need to be uploaded and submitted prior to the closing date of Monday 21st November by 1pm. Please refer to the LSGP guidelines regarding late applications/documentation.
