[Centres] Annual Survey 2023

Dear Centre Secretaries

 

In June this year we re introduced the Annual Survey for 2023 see the email
below and the attached Survey

 

Thank you to the Centres that have responded by sending the survey back for
our information

 

As noted in the email below we need the survey completed by each and every
Centre so we have accurate and complete information at SO

 

This is a simple survey and should take minutes to complete. Please check
that you have sent the survey, if not sent please do so.

Dear Centre Secretaries

 

We are introducing an Annual  Survey to go out to all Centres each year.
Please find attached

This is a simple, easy to complete survey that will ensure we have important
information for grants, insurance, ACNC and more

We need the survey completed by each and every Centre so we have accurate
and complete information at SO

 

Final due date for the survey to come to SO is 1 August. 

If the survey is not at SO by the due date I will be sending emails followed
by a phone call to the Centres that do not comply
