[Centres] My Explanation - I hope this helps you understand the why's and how come's

Dear Life members, Centres and Volunteers

I am writing to ask  that everyone please immediately cease and desist from reply all or linking the centres to questions that need to be directed to the Directors. It is upsetting to many centres and it is not in the nature of what the values of RDA(NSW) is about. 
 There has been  numerous complaints and allegations about 3 Directors and others , and we had no choice but to seek legal action to protect RDA(NSW) interests.

Please be advised that we have already sourced legal representation to investigate these allegations and to take appropriate legal action, if necessary. We take these matters very seriously, and we will not hesitate to pursue all available legal remedies.
Please understand that whilst that original letter sent out was upsetting  to some, a reply was to follow to clarify it more but sadly we were  silenced due to the allegations put against us.

A nomination has been asked to withdraw because of these issues and again it is under legal standing I can not release names.

This  offending behaviour has for me and will for the others involved tarnish  our names, we are taking  all necessary steps to protect our  and RDA(NSW) rights and interests, including seeking damages for any harm caused. 

For me I can speak as it is my story and I can not speak for the others as that is their tale to tell.

If the allegations put against me are found to be true , I will lose my paid employment. The ramifications with what is going on is not only effecting RDA(NSW) but all involved and our families.
Whilst I know this is upsetting for the organisation as a whole I want to say I am so so sorry that this has happened.
To be fair to everyone and allow them to vote again is what we hope is the way forward for RDA(NSW). This was not done to prevent your choice totally the opposite, it was to give you all time to discuss within your centres who you wish to now elect into Directorship for RDA(NSW).

We all want more volunteers, more coaches and to see all our rider/participants to benefit and enjoy that connection and bond between the horse and rider – RDA is and will always be my passion. RDA(NSW) will I promise you get better it will continue to grow and we need to respect what we all bring to our own centres and to RDA as a whole.
BECAUSE – Without YOU our backbone(volunteers) we would not be celebrating 50yrs of a vision that Pearl seen as a real need.

I must also let you know that this is from me , not the other Directors and I hope it helps you understand the how’s and why’s- I honestly wish that a simply sorry would fix this, but it wont and I am just so sorry to you all that this is happening.
