[Centres] Annual Survey 2024

Dear Centre Secretaries

 

The due date for the attached Annual Survey 2024 to be completed by all
Centres,was due on 1 August

See the email below I sent  to all on 13 June .

 

Thank you to the Centres that have promptly sent the Survey to SO

 

For the Centres that have not completed the survey please do so ASAP, we
need the survey completed by each and every Centre so that we have accurate
and complete information at SO. We need this important information for
grants, insurance, ACNC and more as noted in the email below

Please find attached the  Annual  Survey for 2024 

 

This is a simple, easy to complete survey that will ensure we have important
information for grants, insurance, ACNC and more

We need the survey completed by each and every Centre so we have accurate
and complete information at SO

 

Final due date for the survey to come to SO is 1 August. 

If the survey is not at SO by the due date I will be sending emails followed
by a phone call to the Centres that do not comply
