Hi Chris,

This email with attachments that I am forwarding to you, is all the
information that I have on hand.

As you can see, Joseph Orland has applied for a new Stamp Duty Exemption for
RDA (NSW) to cover the next 3 years.

I do not know if he has received a reply but I will ask him.  I do believe
that if he had received the information it would have been passed on by him.

Unfortunately, there has been an upheaval and Joe has been ousted as Company
Secretary of RDA (NSW).

There have been 4 Centres now that have asked for a copy of even the interim
Public Liability Certificate.

Hi Olwen,

I continue to work on these terms to ensure no gap in cover, Affinity have
offered a 30 day extension for the public liability on their end which I
have requested we take advantage of in the event they cannot provide terms
by tomorrow for consideration.

In the interim would you have a recent copy of the NSW Stamp Duty Exemption
from the State revenue office that has been issued to allow me to finalise
the premiums on these policies?

Hi Chris,

As our Office Co-ordinator Lucy is on leave for 6 weeks, this information is
what I have on my records.

I have copies of a spreadsheet for the 2023 year from our Annual Survey
which I will attach and hopefully this is what is needed.

All centres have 1 riding Day except the very large ones:

Richmond, Ryde, Box Hill (Tall Timbers), Wagga Wagga RDA Centres who operate
3 to 4 ½  days per week with 3 or 4 sessions per day.

Bathurst and Wollondilly Centres are in recess for the coming year 2025.

Hi Olwen,

Please see following from your liability insurer, are you able to please
provide this information at your earliest convenience?

Thank you for providing the completed renewal declaration. This year,
insurers have asked for some additional information from RDA NSW before they
can offer renewal terms.  

*	List of affiliated RDA Centres
*	Each centre needs to provide: Number of members, volunteers, centre
activity data (including total number of sessions run and participation
numbers) & turnover split.  

We anticipate that each centre should already have this information
recorded. Please note that this information is required and provided by all
other state RDA insurance programs.

Hi Chris,

I will look at what you are speaking about.

I believe we need it as we have had it previously.

As the 3rd person that this has been assigned to in the last 2 weeks, I also
did not receive all the forms required and am not sure which form relates to
Marine Transit. 

I think we require this one because we have horses at centres that are
transported to and from places by horse floats.

However I may be wrong with this.

I apologise as I had to travel to Sydney and back yesterday for RDA (NSW) –
5 hours drive each way leaving at 2.30am.

XPT was running late and would not have got me to Sydney in time.  I am very
tired today.

On the Marine Transit policy you have advised No sendings / receivings for
