A reminder that the Special General Meeting will be held via Zoom on
Wednesday the 26th of June at 7:00pm. 

 

ZOOM link for the meeting will be sent out soon.

Dear member centres and life members,

 

Please find attached details regarding an SGM that has been called.

As per the state constitution an SGM has been called by 2 member centres -
MGL and seconded by Ryde.

In the following days, a proxy/delegate form will be sent to the centres,
along with a zoom link.

 

I would like to reiterate that all zoom protocols must be adhered too, only
the proxy/delegate will be permitted to speak.
