Phew, lucky one of the centres has forwarded it to me, and I was able to share it with my fellow Directors.

Dear Board and Centres, - The Board was not included in your email so that makes it hard for us to respond.

Please note your email has been received and it will be answered in due course. – By the Directors once discussed.

What I would like to confirm with you is that – Ron Marton did solo approve to the motion ( at the AGM)  - Get rid of Joe.

My suggestion is that you chat with the motion makers as to why Ryde stepped back from this agreement.

the authority to represent someone else, especially in voting. Young asked Helen Strasser – so you put your faith in another person as you chose not to attend. I am aware there are many emails to and froing on this topic.

We are excited to see the centres receive their share of The GE win, and truly appreciate that the centres in their own time will acknowledge The Directors in due course.

Happy to share that this is from me personally not as the Board. I do also note that not all centres are included in your email Juliet. WHY ?

Subject: Special General Meeting

Dear Board and Centres,

Firstly, thank you Lucy for the minutes and attendance sheet from the AGM.

Last week, Ryde and Young wrote an email to the Board and Centres regarding the incorrect information from Joseph Orland’s email of the 9th May.  Specifically that Young Centre had moved, seconded by Ryde Centre, to have Joseph  dismissed as a Director.  We can now all see this is untrue and it did not happen.  Could the Board please explain why there has been no clarification, no apology and no follow up letter?

It is also proposed that a Special General Meeting be held on the 30th May.  This is unconstitutional is it not?  If the Board accepts and proceeds with this date, all of us can quite rightly say that any motion would not be valid.  Please could the Board clear up this very important point.  

There is no record in the minutes as to why the Financial Report was not adopted.  If they are to be re presented , surely there needs to be an explanation on any changes made and arguments for their adoption. 

Young Centre has received $15,000 from RDA NSW.  Thank you. It is important that all Centres know that money is coming and that all Centres acknowledge receipt.  I would ask the Board attend to this please.
