[Centres] FW: Equinade Club Fundraising Opportunity for 2024

Hi all, 

Equinade are a long time supporter of the RDA(NSW) Dressage Championships over the last few years including this year!  

They have created an opportunity for individual Centres to Fundraise with Promo bags.  This items are primarily directed to horse owners so you would need to promote to the local horse industry, alternatively Volunteers / Participants who don’t own horses may like to purchase one and donate it back to the Horses at your Centre!

Hi there,

You are receiving this email because your club has received sponsorship from Equinade in the past few years, and we wanted to extend the invitation to your club to have the opportunity to fundraise with Equinade in 2024. J

Over $12,000 has been raised by clubs across Australia since our fundraising opportunity first commenced at the end of 2021. Your club could be the next club to raise some much needed funds!

Show bags make great prizes for competitions, gifts, Christmas presents and stocking stuffers. 

Equinade Club Fundraisers for 2024 must close by 22nd November, so if you would like your club to be involved, please get back in touch ASAP. 

Please see the attached information flyer (to send to club members to advertise the fundraiser), and a FAQ document with all of the information you will need to make a decision for your club.

The club will need to collect payment of $35 for each show bag. $10 from each show bag is retained by the club, and the remaining $25 from each bag is to be paid to Equinade.  Once final numbers are confirmed, Equinade will send you an invoice for payment. Once full payment has been received, we will deliver your show bags to your nominated delivery address at no cost to your club.

I can create a social media tile that you can also use for advertising this fundraiser to your members on Social Media. If you would like one made, please let me know and I will require details of the email or phone number that people can contact to place their orders.
