Page 44 Registered Riders error in the previous Report sent this morning. 

Ryde Centre had 144 riders for 2024 not 20 

A great effort from the Centre to have so many riders!

Please find attached some additional documents that are related to the
upcoming AGM.

Please see below the explanation for each document:

Attch 1. Minutes of 2024 AGM 2024 (Agenda Item 3.1).pdf

These minutes have been distributed to Members previously. They are provided
to you for your convenience.
The document has been labelled in line with the AGM Agenda item that it
relates to.

Attch 2. Minutes of SGM held 30 May 2024 (Agenda Item 3.2).pdf

These minutes have been distributed to Members previously. They are provided
to you for your convenience.
The document has been labelled in line with the AGM Agenda item that it
relates to.

Attch 5. 2024 Annual Report (Agenda Item 5.1) updated.pdf

This document replaces the one that was sent in error to Members on the
weekend along with the Formal Notice Meeting for the AGM.
Please replace the 'Attch 5.' that was sent on the weekend with the version
that is attached to this email.

Centre Representative Form - 2025 AGM.pdf

This form replaces what used to be called a Centre Delegate Form. It is very
similar to the old form. This form is also designed to comply with the new
Constitution adopted last year. It also clarifies that the Centre
Representative will deliver/finalise the vote for the Directors to be
elected at the AGM.
We encourage Members to get these Centre Representative Forms back to us in
State Office as soon as possible so that we can ensure that we have a quorum
at the AGM.
