Following the emails below re the motion passed by Clarry Quirk from Coffs Harbour Centre 

 

The Motion has been seconded by Jill Burton from Wollondilly Centre.  

Wollondilly committee  also indicated that they hoped that this would be the end of all these uncalled for attacks on Mr Joseph Orland so that we can all get back to doing what we do best, providing fun and therapy for all disabled riders.

Dear All,

We would like to pass a motion that the Special General Meeting held on Wednesday 26th June 2024 be declared invalid and any decisions  regarding the dismissal of Mr Joseph Orland as a Director of the Board of Directors of RDA NSW made therein be also declared invalid.  The voting regarding this motion be conducted by a confidential vote via email,

Rationale: Repeated errors and constitutional contradictions were made throughout the meeting.
