[Centres] Active Kids feedback - next week

Hello everyone.

Thank you to those who have already replied to my email below.

Some of you have asked some questions about the process, so I contacted
Gillian about those questions.

In relation to the privacy matter, the response was that as the research is
voluntary, any questions that anyone feels they should not answer can be
left unanswered.  More detailed information on the research and the process
is in the attached letter from Sydney University.

The research, which should take about 30minutes, will be held at the
following times starting next week:

Tuesday 20th 2.30pm-4:30pm

Thursday 22nd 9am-12pm

Friday 23rd 10am-1pm 

Monday 26th 2pm-4pm

I was also asked to circulate the attached Active Kids flyer.  You may want
to let your riders or their carers know about the second $100 voucher for
this year.

I have received the email below from Gillian of the Active Kids Program.
Could you please have a look at Gillian's email and let me know if someone
at your Centre is able to take part in the research that is being conducted
on the Program.  Alternatively, contact Gillian direct as per the email
below.

It would appear that as the Government is interested in how the Program is
going, it would be good for our riders if we can give some feedback on the
Program.

If more than two Centres volunteer to take part, it doesn't matter as we can
leave it with Gillian to decide how she wants to handle things.

Hi Joseph

I hope you are well. We are seeking feedback from clubs about their
experiences with the Active Kids program. Would you be able to nominate two
clubs who we could invite to participate in a telephone feedback call next
week on Tuesday 20th afternoon, Thursday 22nd morning or Friday 23rd
morning?

The Office of Sport is partnering with the University of Sydney to undertake
this research about the experience of providers in the Active Kids program.
The independent research group, SPRINTER will conduct the 30-minute
interview, and participation is voluntary.  

We are interested in having organisations share their experience in Active
Kids. If anyone is interested, could you please let me know their name and
best contact number and I will call them about booking a time. Or they can
call me.
