[Centres] 2019 Maintenance of Qualifications submission

Hi 

Please find below the email sent to all Qualified Coaching personnel with a
valid email address yesterday regarding the Maintenance of Qualification
requirements. 

This is the first year we are trialling direct entry through Survey Monkey. 

Please ensure that all personnel complete the declaration by 31st October
2019.

For those that do not have access to email please assist them by providing
access to the link in another way or have the attached form completed and
submitted. 

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

the 2019 Maintenance of Qualification Submission form.

This will enable us to directly receive details of activities you have
completed during 2019 to maintain your qualifications and provide insight to
where development opportunities may be required. 
If you do not wish to maintain your registration with RDA(NSW) please advise
