Please send photos directly to Tracy Lucas  Photos  of Aboriginal athletes,
teams and fans as requested by Office of Sport

Dear Tracy

I hope this finds you well.

The Office of Sport is in the process of developing a Reconciliation Action
Plan under the

66711/page.html> Reconciliation Australia guidelines.   

We'd like to include a wide range of action images across sports, from
community through to elite, and we're writing to see if you could assist by
providing some images from your sport. 

Our requirements are:

*	High resolution - 300 dpi and (generally) greater than 3MB in size
*	Approval for use of the images by the Office of Sport.  

We seek images of Aboriginal athletes, teams and fans in any of the below
areas:

*	Participants /athletes in action from community to elite
competitions
*	Individual sports and team sports
*	Role models with fans
*	Coaches and officials
*	Leaders
*	Community groups/sport
*	Peer to peer support.

About the release: 

Even where a release has been obtained in the past, we're not able to accept
a release form that belongs to another organisation. The release form must
be filled out with the express purpose of giving the Office of Sport
permission. 

The release allows for photographs to be included in our general library but
if you prefer to limit the use, please write 'for use only in the
Reconciliation Action Plan' on the bottom of the form.

A release is not necessary - but is preferable - in cases where a face is
not shown in the images or the person is otherwise unidentifiable.

There are no guarantees that a photographer or organisation will be
individually credited in the photos.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could supply the images by 13 March
2020.  

Please understand that we will try use as many of the images as possible,
subject to design considerations.
