[Centres] Certificate of Cover - Personal Accident

Centre Secretaries.
A few Centres have received requests from Centrelink for evidence of RDA 
(NSW)'s insurance cover for personal accident in relation to those 
volunteers who need to report ot Centrelink.
One of the documents that has been requested recently is a Certificate 
of Cover for the Association's Personal Accident policy as Centrelink 
now does not accept the Cover Summary that we initially had.

The matter has been referred to the Association's insurance provider and 
they have supplied the attached Certificate of Cover.  It has also been 
uploaded to the Members' area of the RDA (NSW) website along with other 
insurance documents.


A copy of the Certificate of Cover for Public Liability insurance has 
also been requested recently, so a copy of that document is also 
attached (and is also on the website).
