[Centres] FW: Zoom meeting for 2020 AGM details

Not too sure if it is 'server failure' or not but Aileen just phoned and 
said she was able to open the Lawyers letter but my attached letter came 
up blank.  Apparently this has happened quite a few times when she 
receives attachments from State Officer. Aileen did not receive any 
Notices of Motion so was able to read them in Chris's letter.

I am wondering if from now formal letters are copied and sent in the 
email not by attachment from now on until the problem can be fixed.
