[Centres] RDA(NSW) CASP News and update to COVID Plan

Hi all, 

Please distribute to Committee and Coaches. 

Attached is the latest CASP News and an update to the COVID Plan. 

There is so much changing all the time and again today we have had more
announcements. Centres are able to progress to Recovery Level 2 Step 1 from
Saturday 13th June if all the other requirements have been met. 

Indoor arenas are able to be used with restrictions of 10 people at any one
time. 

CASP will continue to review the situation and determine the suitability to
progress to Recovery Level 2 Step 2 and provide advice by 20 July 2020.
