[Centres] Adjusted Ballot Paper

It has been brought to my attention that there is confusion amongst some
Centres as a result of a typographical error that was contained in the
Ballot Paper for the election of four Directors of RDA (NSW).  That Ballot
Paper was circulated along with the Nominee Profiles of those listed on the
Ballot Paper.

 

That error has been corrected and the amended version of the Ballot Paper is
attached.

 

Please note that the error in question will not affect the validity of any
Ballot Papers which may have been completed and submitted in accordance with
the instructions contained in both that original Ballot Paper and the
covering letter to that Ballot Paper.

 

Apologies for any confusion which may have been caused as a result of the
error.
