[Centres] AGM via teleconferencing

Hello Everyone,

The Board would like to suggest that Centres may want to hold their AGMs via teleconferencing instead of the standard practice of Face to Face meetings. Obviously this is a precautionary measure in line with the limitations being adopted because of COVID-19.

The Board has three key holders who would be willing to assist your Centre with an explanation of the process and support you in conducting these meetings.

Olwen Smith is the contact for the Board to answer any questions you may have regarding this process.
