[Centres] ACNC Change of responsible person form 3A

Thank you to the Centres that have responded to the attached email from
Melanie Cochrane, re the ACNC form "Change of responsible person" form 3A

 

We have received 14 copies of the 3A form from Centres that completed the
information and sent it to ACNC

 

If your Centre has not checked the ACNC website as noted in Melanie's email
attached,  please do so ASAP as this is a very important exercise . The ACNC
has warned that we must keep the details of the Responsible Persons up to
date.

 

Your  assistance in helping the Board to achieve this will be greatly
appreciated.
