[Centres] Updated COVIDSafe Plan

Hi all, 

Please find attached the latest COVIDSafe Plan for RDA(NSW) Centres. 

Following careful consideration on all the information available It has been
resolved that RDA(NSW) will require all Volunteers and Centre Staff to be
fully vaccinated from 29th November 2021. 

This requirement is in place until the Public Health (COVID-19 Care) Order
(No 2) 2021 is amended or repealed. 

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
