[Centres] FW: RDA (NSW) 50th at Government House

RDA (NSW) Centres

 

As said in Board Talk, RDA (NSW) have been invited to hold our 50th Birthday
celebration at Government House, Sydney on 27th October 2022. 

I know it is short notice for deciding on definite attendees, but this is
due to Government House and their regulations and need to process attendees.

 

This invitation is for one person from each RDA (NSW) Centre.

Plus each Centre can further nominate a rider and their carer who can also
attend.

 

Please find attached 

1.	Your invitation for one centre member to attend Government House on
Thursday 27th October to celebrate 50 years of RDA (NSW).
2.	Cover letter with explanation of details.
3.	Centre Participant application details form 

Rider and Carer/Support person details form.

 

 

Please send all confirmation information to stateoffice at rdansw.org.au

after 17th June will be reallocated.
