[Centres] Letter to the Board Re AGM and Wagga Nominee

Good Evening Michelle,

Thank you for your letter on behalf of the Wagga Centre regarding Mr McClintock’s nomination for the Board of Directors. I do apologise that I have been unable to respond any earlier, however given that your letter came on Thursday 11th May at 7.43pm this gave the Board no opportunity to discuss and seek additional advice on this situation.

As I know you appreciate we are all volunteers and with the weekend, 
made even more difficult with it being Mother’s Day, the Board who wish to give this their undivided attention had limited opportunity to discuss this issue fully.

Your letter has come as a surprise to us as you told our Chairperson at the workshop that you and the Wagga committee were unaware of Mr McClintock’s behaviour towards Directors in regards to the complaints . Tracy went to console you as you were visibly upset ,when it was revealed to you via an email by Charles McClintock approximately 20 minutes prior to his presentation on Mounted Games.. You even expressed a desire for Tracy to offer an apology to all the directors and assured her the matter would be discussed at centre level.

As soon as the board has had the chance to follow through with investigating your request we will return with a reply that I hope will clarify the situation.
