Good Evening,

Thanks for getting back in touch following Jan’s reply to you. I feel that this email is very fair and heart felt and I own my own thank you and appreciate your honesty. I believe that what you have said is what we all want, RDA to go back to the fun ways and times. The AGM should have been a weekend full of celebrations and friendships rekindled.
Lets hope we can get through this in a positive direction.

This is purely my feelings and thoughts, nothing to do with other Directors.

Subject: Wagga response to letter from Jan

Dear Board of Directors,
Thank you for your response to our letter last week, particularly Tracy who responded over the weekend, and Jan who responded last night. 
We have attached our response, again requesting that you consider external mediation to resolve the current ballot issue and to hear what your members want.  

We would also request that you allow our correspondence to be distributed to centres - our last email was rejected with the following message:

 Posting of your message titled "Letter to the Board Re AGM and
Wagga Nominee"

has been rejected by the list moderator.  The moderator gave the
following reason for rejecting your request:

"Non-members are not allowed to post messages to this list."

Wagga IS a member centre, so should be able to use this medium to share correspondence, rather than needing to forward it independently.

We would dearly love to see a resolution to the issues, as we would like to move forward in a positive and collegial manner, doing what we do best - providing our programs to those who need them.
