Thank you for passing on information regarding the extension of the AGM
until 1 July, 2023.

 

Just a question, have the ballot papers from the previous AGM been
destroyed?

RDA (NSW) Centres.

 

As you are aware, the 2023 Annual General Meeting or RDA (NSW) was adjourned
to a date to be advised.  The resumed AGM was to be for the purposes of
announcing the result of the election of four directors to fill the four
positions which will be declared vacant at that meeting.

 

Attached please find the following documents:

 

1.	Notice of Resumed 2023 Annual General Meeting of Riding for the
Disabled Association (NSW).

 

2.	Cover letter plus Ballot paper for the election of four directors.

 

Being a resumed AGM, Nominee profiles are as has been previously circulated.
