Good Afternoon Everyone,

I am writing to apologise for any confusion caused regarding the Ballots from the adjourned 2023 AGM – 6th May 2023.
I would like to confirm that the previously sent ballots, both in hard copy and digital format have been destroyed.
The reason for this is that we wanted to ensure fairness and transparency in the nomination process for the upcoming  re- commencement of the AGM on the 1st July 2023.
I understand that this news may be distressing for some but please be assured that this decision was made with the intention of providing equal opportunity to all centres to re- nominate for the current nominees.
Therefore I would like to remind you that the new ballot papers have been sent out and need to be completed and sent to The State Office as per the date in the prior email, being 15th June 2023 by COB – 5pm.
Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience  that this may have caused and thank you for your understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

As you are aware, the 2023 Annual General Meeting or RDA (NSW) was adjourned to a date to be advised.  The resumed AGM was to be for the purposes of announcing the result of the election of four directors to fill the four positions which will be declared vacant at that meeting.

Attached please find the following documents:

1. Notice of Resumed 2023 Annual General Meeting of Riding for the Disabled Association (NSW).

2. Cover letter plus Ballot paper for the election of four directors.
