[Centres] Change to booking Rydges Norwest Sydney for AGM weekend

Dear Centre Secretaries

 

We have been made aware by a couple of Centres that Rydges Motel will not
take bookings directly for the AGM directly from them at this point of time
. 

 

This has resulted from RDA (NSW) reserving 30 rooms for our Centre members
to make sure we  don't miss out on  accommodation for our Centre members and
to make sure all Centre members receive the discounted rate of $190 for a
King room. 

 

The motel has requested that a list is sent to them from SO with number of
room bookings  including names of members occupying the rooms. 

We are in the process of compiling this list, so when you send your
registration forms in if you require accommodation at Rydes you will be
added to the list. 

We have updated the information Sheet and the Registration forms to reflect
these changes.
