[Centres] AGM Accommodattion and Dinner

Dear Centre Secretaries

 

Please pass on this very important information to your members including
coaches

 

We are extending the date for registration for Room Bookings till 28 March
at Rydges  Norwest as we have not received many registrations to date

 

We need the reservation numbers for the rooms ASAP as on 3 April we will
send the details of the room bookings to Rydges. After this date the motel
will not allow the discounted rate offered to RDA -  $190 per king room or
twin room

If you have booked accommodation directly with Rydges please send an email
to SO to save confusion. If you book the motel directly  after 3 April it is
up to the discretion of the motel to charge their standard rate

 

We have a little more time for bookings for the AGM dinner, however best to
send your registrations in to SO as we need to know how many will be
attending otherwise we may have to pay for dinner for more guests than will
attend.

I have attached the registration form with the updated due by date and the
Information Sheet again. 

 

Also attached is the email sent by Nicole King re the Coaching Workshop at
Box Hill TT Centre as there seems some confusion with coaches not sure what
they need to book
