[Centres] up dates re motion to remove a director

Greetings to all life members and member centres,

 

Primarily, I want to say sorry for all the emails. I know it can be
overwhelming, and I also know that the centres simply want to focus on their
strengths.

And that is to offer riders/participant/clients the opportunity to
participate in horse-based programs through various means such as carriage
rides, riding lessons, MG, connections, or any other way your centre decides
to engage with the RDA program.

I trust that everyone here has the agenda for tonight's meeting.

Several individuals had contacted me this morning, so I had to repost it to
some.

I am going through the motions related to the dismissal of Joseph Orland as
a director. With all the other motions pertaining to potential meeting
dates, it has been quite difficult to keep track of when exactly this one
can happen.

I believe that tonight, our chairperson Greg Urand will provide an
explanation for how the meeting can move forward in accordance with the RDA
(NSW) constitution.

But it is only fair that I show you the three versions of the motion
pertaining to Joseph Orland: the original, the revised, and the one I have
highlighted changes as they evolve in red.

Additionally, I am sorry if this has been sent so close to the meeting's

Tonight, on the meeting I to will be there as a representative of the Mudgee
centre not a director.
