[Centres] FW: Resending notices of meeting for SGM 2

Hi Guys,

I have this sent to me today by a few centres. I note that we as directors were not included nor were all centres included.

I do not recall us- Board/directors) agreeing to it being sent or even discussed as a board or as a caretaker board. So I am assuming that this is simply from a member Greg Urand.

Greg can you please explain why you have done this without discussion and selective in receipiants please?

Subject: Resending notices of meeting for SGM 2

Hi all

There have been so many emails, and I certainly don’t want to add to that without reason, especially on a Saturday evening 😊

It appears as though emails have been stopped due to technology, not human factors, which is unfair when you need to send opposing arguments or critical documents. In fact I am sending this from my personal email because of issues with the current set up of technology at RDA (NSW).

I am also very cognisant of an email from a fellow Director which attacked me personally as well as others on the “working party”.  We will not lower our professional standards and respond. We hold our heads high and will continue to behave with professionalism and integrity.

Whether you believe I am Chairperson or not, I am still a Director in this caretaker Board and I have a Duty of Care to inform you all of the updates. And I can assure everyone that I remain as Chair.

Essentially, if you would like the opportunity to be involved around the election of the new directors or be part of the discussions and debate, please register your intent to attend the SGM 2 as well as the delegate form. The forms are attached. If there is a centre not contained in the email, please forward as it is very important everyone gets the information
