[Centres] Correct Director Nomination and Candidate profile

Dear Honorary Life Members and Member Centres

 

Please find attached correct Nomination form to the Board of RDA (NSW) for
the SGM on 25 November. This is the form to be used for all nominations to
the Board 

Nominations close. 5:00PM tomorrow, Friday the 22nd November . 

Any nomination that is not completed on the correct form attached will not
be accepted. 

 

Minutes documenting that the committee supports the nomination is to be sent
to SO

Ballina & District cannot support a nomination due to being in
administration.
