We appreciate your information so I can rest assured you appreciate that we share the working party centres and individuals that are involved in this.
We as directors look forward to the minutes of these centres supporting your claims.

As good governance I hope that you Desley can understand the struggles of the smaller centres that were not fortunate enough to receive in excess of $1m to establish their centres as was your centre of BHTT.

Subject: RDA NSW Constitution Working Group Information

All,

A working group of members from various centres has been formed to look into reviewing and updating the RDA NSW Constitution. 

I’ve been asked by the Working Group to distribute these three items:

1. A document which explains the Proposed Process for Constitutional Reform 2. A Requisition letter requesting two Special General Meetings of RDA NSW which has been signed by two ‘Accredited’ Centre Members and sent to the Board. 
3. A 'Letter to Centres' - seeking support for the calling of two SGM’s of RDA NSW

The Working Group, facilitated by Bruce Manefield, will call a zoom meeting early next week for ALL NSW centres, to explain each of these documents, the process that will be followed for Constitutional Reform and open the floor to any questions and clarifications the members may have. The timeline outlined in the ‘Proposed Process for Constitutional Reform’ document will be reviewed also.
