[Centres] Official SGM to be held by the RDA (NSW) Board

Centre Committees, Life Members and Regional Representatives,

 

Hello All,

Please find attached the following documents in Word and PDF

Proxy and Delegate forms- although the Board will accept the previous forms
if sent to State Office.

Due to time constraints these can be submitted by the President or Secretary
of the Centre to SO by 5pm 5th March 2022.

Agenda for the Official SGM Meeting.

 

The Board of RDA (NSW), by the State Constitution of RDA (NSW), could not
alter the time or date of the SGM called by the RDA (NSW) Ryde and RDA (NSW)
Young Centres, however according to 

 

Clause 16.3. Postponement or cancellation of General Meeting 

*	Subject to this Constitution and the Act, the Board may change the
place (or 
places) of, postpone or cancel a General Meeting. 
*	(b) If a General Meeting is convened pursuant to a request by
Members, the 
Board may not postpone or cancel the General Meeting without the consent 
of the requesting Member
