RDA (NSW) were delighted to win this year’s Community Initiative Award for the RDA (NSW) Equine Facilitated Mental Health and Learning’s “Connections” program at the 2024 Mental Health Matters Awards.
This program offers equine-facilitated learning and mental health support through two key streams: Equine Facilitated Learning for personal growth and Equine Facilitated Mental Health for therapeutic sessions. Accredited coaches ensure safety, while interactions with horses help improve non-verbal communication and boundary-setting.
