This link also includes bookings for Cabins, Stables and Friday Night BBQ. Please note there are changes to the Prix Caprilli Walk tests and there are limited cabins which will be prioritised to those staying onsite to care for horses. If there are no cabins available please select a Cabin waitlist and we will work with you closer to the date. There are plenty of Camping sites for those that have Caravans/Tents and Float camping facilities.

Volunteer Opportunities
This event is only possible with the dedication of Volunteers behind the scenes and on the day! If you haven’t been before and don’t have riders competing why not come and spend the weekend seeing the event in real life, networking and having lots of fun seeing riders achieve their goals.
There are lots of roles available – Arena Stewards, Coaches for Mounting, First Aid, Stable Manager, Catering, Pencilling and everything in between. This year we will have online scoring for Mounted Games and Dressage so if you can operate an IPad we would love to hear from you!!!
