Volunteer – make a difference!
Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Riding for the Disabled Association (NSW), ensuring the seamless operation and success of our programs. Your dedication, compassion, and commitment can directly impact the lives of individuals with disabilities, helping us provide exceptional services and opportunities.

Why Volunteer with RDA (NSW)?
Volunteers play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. Volunteers assist in a variety of ways, including:
- Grooming and tacking up horses.
- Leading horses during lessons.
- Providing support for carriage driving.
- Many, many more necessary tasks are available to assist in the day to day operations of our centres.
Whether you have prior experience with horses or simply a willingness to help, we welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and skill levels. Our volunteers bring unique skills and perspectives that enrich the RDA (NSW) community, making a profound difference in the lives of our riders.
Contact your local centre to learn more about volunteer opportunities and how you can get involved.
